For many of our customers we provide a full design and build service giving continuity throughout the process from the initial meeting to discussing requirements, providing drawings, working within budgets, sourcing and purchasing the correct products for their needs through to installation, managing sub-contractors, commissioning, hand-over and training and assisting in their first performance.
We offer a no obligation site meeting to view your existing venue or architect plans, to discuss ideas and innovative solutions which will meet the venues existing and future needs. From this we will meet the stakeholders and prepare a concept design package for the technical entertainment equipment with budget costing for the theatre lighting, sound system, video projection, control systems, rigging, curtain systems and house lighting.
Following a review of the concept design with the stakeholders, further changes are implemented to suit budgets and a detailed design and specification package is created which includes detailed budget proposals, tender documentation, equipment lists, floor and ceiling layouts in 2D CAD, system block diagram and outline installation specification. We also provide technical documentation and CAD drawings for liaison with M&E and the structural engineering contractor. And of course we will attend many meetings with the client and other parties to ensure smooth system integration.
Supply and Installation
We aim to provide a full design & build service on time and on budget. Using our experienced team of engineers each with their own area of expertise we provide a friendly but professional service. Site staff each hold a variety of health & safety training credentials, ECS or CSCS certified and DBS checked.The company has direct access to various industry manufacturers however we are not commercially tied to any specific manufacturer and therefore we are proud to supply the best equipment for the job suited to the budget. The company is also members of industry bodies including the NICEIC and ABTT.
Handover and Support
We pride ourselves in getting to know you and your systems and provide dedicated hand over training on how to use and get the best out of your equipment, along with O&M manuals and as built technical drawings. We are always available for technical phone support dealt with by one of the installation engineers, if things go wrong we will either attend site under our warranty for installation works or we will assist you with manufacturers equipment warranty issues. However, the service does not stop there as we offer yearly service packages, electrical PAT testing and fixed wiring electrical testing and in future year’s system and equipment upgrades.
