Otago Blue Ltd take protecting and respecting your personal data very seriously. This policy sets out how we are complying with the rules set out in the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR.

This personal data is confidential and will only be used by Otago Blue Ltd. We only use this information to answer your queries, respond to requests, process orders or to provide a contract of services.

Retention of Data:

Where we have provided goods or services you will have entered into a contract and by law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for a fixed period of time for tax purposes.

By giving consent we may send you marketing information about goods and services, that we think you may be interested in, as well as relationship management purposes. You may opt out of this by using the unsubscribe option in the email.

Your data will not be passed onto any third party unless required to fulfill the contract such as the use of sub contractors, carriers, credit checks and warranty issues. We also may have to share your information with HM Revenue & Customs and professional advisors including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.

We occasionally use subcontractors where your data may have to be passed on to fulfill a contract. Subcontractors are not allowed to pass this information onto others and will be asked to destroy the data on completion of services.
